Best receivers for part 15 and BETS are the ones that have the most sensitivity and selectivity, and have good image rejection. Car radios are #1, followed by HI-FI tuners. Old tube and transistor radios with Tuned RF stages work good, old sony's from the 70s and GE models like the super radio. Ones that are available now are Sangean models, top of the line Eton/Grundig like the satellite. One good one that's available from multiple sellers on Amazon is the Sony ICF-801 made in Japan which I have and use now and sounds good, has good reception and only uses 15mA at normal volume so 3 C batteries last a long time. Receives my BETS-1 station great all around the neighborhood on FM. www.amazon.com/SONY-Handy-Portable-Radio-ICF-801/dp/B002HLB70W
